These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TSFStocks.com website and services operated by TSF Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
3. Description of Services
TSF Inc. provides stock market forecasting data based on our proprietary Temporal Structural Forecasting (TSF) methodology. Our services include weekly delivery of forecast data (via CSV) containing specific limit order entry prices for subscriber-selected tickers and strategy combinations. The number of tickers and strategies available depends on your subscription plan.
Our forecasts represent statistically derived optimal entry prices based on historical seasonal patterns. They are not guarantees of future performance, investment advice, or recommendations to buy or sell any security. See our Disclaimer for important limitations.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
We offer tiered subscription plans that vary by the number of tickers and strategy combinations included. Current pricing and plan details are available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we will provide reasonable advance notice of material price changes.
5. Free Trial
New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. During the free trial, you will have access to the subscribed services at no charge. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial eligibility is limited to one per person.
6. Billing and Payment
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring weekly basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If payment fails, we may suspend access to your services until payment is resolved.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access to services and receive deliveries through the remainder of the period you have already paid for. Changes to your ticker lineup are subject to a weekly cutoff (Saturday at noon Eastern Time); changes submitted after the cutoff will take effect the following week.
8. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period, but no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time. We encourage you to take advantage of the free trial to evaluate our services before committing to a paid subscription.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on TSFStocks.com — including but not limited to the TSF methodology, forecast data, research papers, articles, visualizations, software, and website design — is the property of TSF Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the forecast data for your personal, non-commercial trading purposes. You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share forecast data with any third party
- Publish, post, or publicly display forecast data in any medium
- Use forecast data to build or operate a competing product or service
- Use automated means (scraping, bots, or similar tools) to access or extract data from our website
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying models or methodology
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account and subscription without refund, and may subject you to legal action.
10. Subscriber Data Delivery
Forecast data is delivered weekly via CSV. While we make every reasonable effort to deliver data on schedule, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery. In the event of a delivery failure or data error, our sole obligation is to correct the issue and redeliver the data as soon as practicable. Delivery failures do not entitle subscribers to refunds or credits.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our forecasts will be accurate, profitable, or suitable for your financial situation. See our Disclaimer for additional important information.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSF Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, regardless of the theory of liability.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in subscription fees during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TSF Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [YOUR STATE/COUNTY], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
15. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using our services and cancel your subscription.
16. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification — shall survive.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and TSF Inc. regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
